The information you provide to us is stored securely once we receive it and any information used to process your payments to us is passed through secure servers controlled and protected by our service partners such as PayPal and other similar third party organisations. People working on behalf of MycoMiscellany only have access to the information they need, and the web servers are protected and stored in a high-security environment.
Payment & credit card information
MycoMiscellany use a third party organisation to collect your credit card payments on their behalf. Information about the date and amounts of your payments is given to MycoMiscellany, but they do not receive details of your credit card. Any arrangements made to give the credit card details by telephone or other methods will result in these details being kept only for the duration of the transaction being made and then confidentially destroyed.
Web site statistics
We may use a traffic analysis tool to analyse traffic on the MycoMiscellany site. Only aggregate data is produced; we do not track the movement of individual users.
Cookies
